Booking Terms and Conditions<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

By making a booking with us, you (the lead guest) and your booking party (guests) agree to the following terms and conditions, as set out below. During your stay, you agree to abide by the following conditions, as set out. If you have any questions about booking with us, please contact us before making a booking.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Booking process<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

To make a booking with us, the lead guest must be at least 18 years old. The maximum number of guests per room is shown in the room occupancy details on the website. Where the person making the booking is different from the lead guest who will be staying at the property, the person making the booking may be held liable for cancellation, no-shows and damage as set out below. Only the lead guest and the named person on the booking are authorised to use the property and its facilities; any third-party visitors may only gain access with our express authorisation.<\/p>

Payments can be made online using a debit or credit card. Any charges levied against us by our banks for processing dishonoured cheques, bank transfers or any other payments must be reimbursed by the lead guest within seven (7) days of any request to do so.<\/p>

All guests agree to respect the privacy and peace and quiet of all other guests, neighbours and owners at all times. We reserve the right to cancel a booking with immediate effect if guests fail to honour this agreement or cause disturbance or inconvenience to other guests, neighbours or the owners.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Cancellation and No-Show Policy<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Guests who need to cancel a booking should contact us as soon as possible. Deposits already paid will only be refunded subject to the following conditions;<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Cancellation completed 15 days or more before the arrival date<\/strong> = Full refund of the deposit<\/p>

Cancellation completed 5 days or less before the arrival date<\/strong> = No refund issued; total amount due for the booking<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

We recommend that guests making a booking take out appropriate holiday\/cancellation insurance where necessary.<\/p>

In the unlikely event that we need to cancel your booking with us, please be aware that we cannot be held liable for circumstances beyond our control and that our liability to you is limited to a refund of any payment already made.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Wi-Fi Usage Policy<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

Where Wi-Fi internet access is provided, guests agree to use this internet access fairly and appropriately. We may monitor network performance and user activity in order to maintain a fair and high standard of service for all our guests.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Damage and Loss of Property<\/h4>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

We reserve the right to charge the lead guest for any damage caused during a booking by any member of the booking party. This includes breakages, spills, stains, and damage to furniture or fittings. Any accidental damage must be reported as soon as possible in order to minimise the damage and associated costs. The loss of keys or access cards will incur a replacement fee per lost key or card.<\/p>

Any lost property, if discovered and found, left behind by guests during their stay, will be held for a period of one month. Whilst we do our best to reunite lost items with their owners, we accept no liability for replacing lost items and encourage guests to ensure they have all their belongings before check-out. We can arrange for lost items to be sent by registered post at the owner\u2019s expense; otherwise, collection can be arranged.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

All tobacco products, including but not limited to cigarettes, pipes, e-cigarettes, e-liquids, cigars and chewing tobacco, are only permitted in designated outdoor areas throughout the accommodation.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t
