The farm is situated in a rural village in the Lima Valley, accessible by car via a narrow lane. Sat-nav will guide you to the address and, if you need it, we’ll send you directions before your stay.

Where does it take place?
Three buildings, a single house.
The farmstead is divided into three buildings set around the outdoor area, which gives the group plenty of space – there are places to be together and places to be on one’s own. In summer, strolling across the courtyard between them is part of the pleasure. In the colder months, life retreats indoors: crackling fireplaces, a wood-burning oven, the large table and local wine – just as the Minho region calls for in winter.
Movement between the houses takes place in the open air, with no covered walkway, but each building is a warm refuge in its own right.

The farmhouse is a private residence, not a hotel with round-the-clock service. Cleaning and support are provided, always with discretion and respect for your time.

The exterior, Summer is in full swing.
The swimming pool is outdoor and unheated, and is about 1.4 metres deep. It is most popular between May and September, when the long days in the Minho region make it a pleasure to be outdoors.

Yes. Public transport doesn’t go right to the door. You can get there by car – either your own or a hire car – or by a transfer from the airport or Porto, which we can arrange on request.
Yes, for 6 to 7 cars, on the farm and free of charge.
Check-in is from 4.00 pm and check-out is by 11.00 am; times are subject to confirmation. Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability.
Yes. The farm is suitable for families, with a cot and high chair available on request. An adult must always be present near the swimming pool and outdoor areas.
The policy on animals is still being finalised. For the time being, we are assessing each case individually, depending on the group.
Yes, Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.
The swimming pool is outdoor and unheated, so it’s mainly used during the warmer months. In winter, it’s too cold for swimming.
Yes, on a small scale and subject to prior authorisation. There is no meeting room or audiovisual equipment, so it is not the right venue for formal business meetings. The conditions are set out on the Events page.
The farm hosts intimate celebrations, such as small weddings, subject to prior approval. To find out if your celebration is suitable, please get in touch with us via the Events page.
